How much is the installation fee?

We offer two options for installation.

Self-install: Install the modem yourself. $14.99 one-time shipping fee.
Standard/full install: The technician sets up your modem and connects your computers. $59.99 one-time fee.

Standard/full install may be required at certain locations.

What does the modem cost?

You can lease your modem for up to $15 per month or purchase it for a one-time fee of up to $200. If you choose to install the modem yourself, please note that there is also a one‑time $15 shipping fee.
